Stephane Bouvier, formerly co-head of France and Benelux retail and private bank sales at RBC Capital Markets Europe in London, has left the Canadian bank.
Bouvier was responsible for structured products sales for private banks, asset managers and independent financial advisers in France and the Benelux region alongside Mohamed Medaghri, and reported to head of equity derivatives sales for -áEurope, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA), Gerald Dupuis.
SRP has confirmed that Medaghri will become sole head of France and Benelux retail and private bank sales and will continue to report to Dupuis.
Bouvier joined RBC in 2010 as a vice-president in structured products sales from Rabobank International in London, where he had spent four years as an associate in structured products and equity derivative sales covering France, Luxembourg and Belgium.
Prior to Rabobank, he was a front office assistant at Systeia Capital Management in charge of reconciliation of front office spreadsheets and back office valuation, as well as cash flow management.
