Lloyds Banking Group's director of client derivatives structuring in London, Jeremy Adam, has been promoted to head the group's FX structuring team.
Adam has been at his new post since January and reports to the head of structuring for wholesale banking and market sales, Phil McCabe.
Adam's promotion is part of the group's wider strategy to align its existing FX structuring outfits across its businesses.
He formerly worked in BNP Paribas's European Major Corp FX Structuring unit, and also sat as ABN Amro's head of FX structuring.
He was subsequently director of Barclays Capital's risk solutions group in London.
