The ABI and the FSA have launched a Government backed online pension calculator to enable savers to calculate how much their savings might be worth in retirement. Using the calculator, people can enter details such as the age they will begin saving, how much they intend to contribute and their proposed retirement age. The calculator will then display how much retirement income they could receive. The calculator is at www.pensioncalculator.org.uk.
