New FE Trustnet Website – FAQ/User Guide

05 September 2017

Following the launch of the updated FE Trustnet, we answer some frequently asked questions about the new website.

Now that we’ve gone live with the new FE Trustnet website, some of you have made valuable comments about further improvements you’d like to see. We are listening to everything you have to say and have allocated resources to further improve our service to you going forward.

New websites can take a little getting used to, so here is a brief guide to finding and using some of the features on the updated FE Trustnet website.

Please note, almost all the tools and functionality from the old site will be either already on the new site or are being enhanced and will be introduced shortly.

Also, although we are making a series of content upgrades over the following months, we will be introducing the following functionality within the coming weeks, due to user demand:

    • The FTSE 100 chart on the homepage will also contain FTSE 250, FTSE All Share and FTSE AIM indices

    • All fund prices will be shown in the unit's local currency in the same granularity as the old site

    • All institutional share classes will be reinstated

    • Access to the basket facility will be made available in the top navigation

    • Specific quartile rankings will be reinstated

    • Links to the tools will be reinstated (although they are in the new navigation)

    • All factsheets will have the link to interactive charting reinstated
