Justin Tugman is a research analyst covering the energy and utilities sectors, a position he has held since joining Perkins in June 2004. In March 2009, Mr. Tugman's role was expanded to also include serving as Co-Portfolio Manager of the Perkins Small Cap Value strategy. Prior to joining Perkins, Mr. Tugman worked at Simmons & Company International as an analyst covering the energy sector during his four-year tenure at the firm. He received his bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Wyoming and an MBA, with a concentration in finance, from Tulane University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 12 years of financial industry experience.
