About us New York-based PEO Partners was founded in 2019 by Harvard Business School professor Randolph Cohen and private equity veteran Jean-Louis Lelogeais, co-founder of $22 billion SVP Global. The firm specialises in private equity replication and currently sub-advises approximately USD $340 million, which includes a relationship with Mackenzie Investments, a Canadian asset manager with approximately CAD $240 billion in assets. PEO also launched the Loomis Sayles PEO Liquid PE Index in 2024. The firm's advisory board has prominent investment professionals, including Roger Ferguson, former Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the US Federal Reserve.
