Richard began his career in Real Estate with MEPC plc in 1997. He moved into property fund management with Legal & General Investment Management in 2001 and subsequently held posts at Insight Investment/Invista Real Estate Investment Management before joining Orchard Street in 2011. He initially worked as the lead Asset Manager across the SJP funds and became a Partner of the business in 2015. Having led Orchard Street’s Asset Management team across all funds since 2017, he took over as the client lead on the SJP funds in February 2024.
