Sebastiano joined Algebris in 2012 as investment analyst. Throughout the years, he contributed to launch the financial credit strategies and establish Algebris’ position as leading specialist in the asset class with a solid track record. Sebastiano is currently Chief Investment Officer, Head of Financial Credit strategies, as well as Portfolio Manager for the Algebris Financial Credit Fund and the Algebris IG Financial Credit Fund, which he has managed since inception. Prior to Algebris, Sebastiano was an Investment Banking analyst at JP Morgan. Sebastiano holds an MSc magna cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from Padua University, Italy, and is a CFA charter holder.
