Manager profile
John is Head of EMEA Fundamental Equities in Henley and Co-Head of the European Equities team. Having started managing money in 1997, John was appointed lead fund manager of the flagship offshore Invesco Pan European Equity Fund in July 2003. Since the end of 2020, he has also been lead fund manager of the flagship onshore Invesco European Equity Fund (UK). He is also a named manager on the more concentrated European Focus strategies alongside James Rutland. Additionally, John has experience in managing a number of Continental and Pan European institutional mandates. John began his career in 1992 at Price Waterhouse, where he qualified as a chartered accountant before joining Invesco in 1995. John holds an MA (Honours) in Economics from Edinburgh University.
