NOTICE OF EARLY REDEMPTION 

in respect of the

£210,000,000 5.1418 per cent. Guaranteed Secured Bonds due 2029 (the "Fixed Rate Bonds")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Fixed Rate Bonds that Arsenal Securities Plc will redeem, on 14 August 2020, the Fixed Rate Bonds in whole in accordance with condition 6.2 of the Fixed Rate Bonds (the "Conditions") at the Redemption Price equivalent to £33,341.66 per Fixed Rate Bond of £50,000 being the Outstanding Principal Amount of each Fixed Rate Bond multiplied by 123.0852 per cent., being the price reported to the Bond Trustee and the Issuer by the Expert in accordance with the Conditions, together with an accrued interest amount of £628.29 per Fixed Rate Bond.

The Issuer is financing the redemption of the Fixed Rate Bonds by a loan provided by KSE, UK, Inc.

Terms used but not defined in this notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Conditions.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Floating Rate Bonds that Arsenal Securities Plc will redeem, on 14 August 2020, the Floating Rate Bonds in whole in accordance with condition 6.3 of the Floating Rate Bonds (the "Conditions") at £50,077,096.48, being the Outstanding Principal Amount of the Floating Rate Bonds amounting to £50,000,000, with an accrued interest amount and Step-Up Fees of £77,096.48.  

The Issuer is financing the redemption of the Floating Rate Bonds by a loan provided by KSE, UK, Inc.
