ISSUE OF EQUITY

 

Personal Assets Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it has allotted and issued, conditional only on admission to listing on the UKLA's Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, a further 250 Ordinary shares of £12.50 each at a price of £322.75 per share.  It is expected that the new shares will be admitted to listing and to trading at 8.00 a.m. on 5 July 2011. Following this issue, the Company will have 1,024,290 Ordinary shares in issue.
