Issue of Equity - Update

 

The Directors of Amati VCT plc (the "Company") announce that further to the following allotments of Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, application for such shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on or around 19 January 2011.
