Nigel is the Managing Director at TIME and has over 20 years’ experience in fund management and finance. At TIME, Nigel has responsibility for over £900 million of tax efficient investments distributed through the intermediary channel. He is also the fund manager of TIME:Freehold, a circa £300 million ground rent fund with a 25 year track record of inflation beating returns, and TIME:Commercial Freehold our £200 million commercial long income property fund.Nigel brought his team from Close Brothers into the Alpha group when he and his partners founded TIME Investments. Nigel joined Alpha as a partner in 2011 having previously been employed by Close Brothers as Managing Director of its Tax Efficient and Property Funds Management business. Nigel qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA) with PwC in their London SME business assurance division where he worked from 1997 until 2001 when he joined Close Brothers as an Assistant Director in their specialist tax efficient investment team. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Laws from Southampton University and also holds the Investment Managment Certificate.
